3 - 5 working days if customer is living locally (Clare)

3 - 7 working days Ireland and

10 - 14 working days within Europe.

Return/Replacement & Refund:

We have a 30 days return policy! If any of the items you have received is damaged, or does not match the description or defective, you will be protected by this guarantee. We advise that you contact us by email before returning a defective item and in response we will send you an e-mail details of the proposed return.

Funkidz klub limited will not accept returns of clothing items once it has been used even if it has been slightly used. This is in line with hygiene requirements. It is expected that all items to be returned should be in pristine condition.

The product/s in question must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase

We would like to see a picture or video showing the defect on the product for which you are seeking a refund or replacement. Note that we can only replace the product if we still have it in stock.

We will then review your claim and contact you if we need more information otherwise, we will go ahead and process your replacement or refunds which may be in form of:
Full refund,
Partial refund or
issue of Discount Voucher/Coupon

As part of the refunds process, we may ask that you return the defective product.

We will pay for the return shipment and only refund the money to the credit/debit card or account used during purchase. Funkidz klub limited will not accept return of items:
